About Maria
Maria runs our first-time buyer desk and knows Tennessee THDA program guidelines the way most people know their own phone number. Great Choice loans, down-payment assistance, MCC credits - she stacks every dollar a first-time buyer is entitled to.
She spends Saturdays teaching bilingual homebuyer classes across Davidson and Rutherford counties, and her former students now send her their siblings, coworkers, and parents.
Maria measures her year not in volume but in first-generation homeowners created: 64 families last year.
